BISBY offers both returns and exchanges on full priced items within 30 days of ship date.
Items must be in good condition with original hang tags and packaging.
*We are proud to offer free exchanges! Customers are responsible for shipping charges during the returns process only. *
Items on sale up to 25% off are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only. Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We offer a standard shipping rate of $10 on orders less than $150 (before applicable taxes). Standard shipping transit time is 5-7 business from the shipping date.
BISBY is proud to be processing and shipping orders Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST. Our shipping fairies are so good that they often will ship your order on the same day you placed it! With that said, we have found that with our standard flat rate shipping option, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days (with the exception of Holidays and end of season sales)
Customers located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein have the right to cancel their order and return item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, with no justification required. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@bisbykids.com or 859-258-2120. Refunds will include the original delivery charge and will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.
