Poorly designed sleeve.

I purchased a very cute top for my granddaughter and looked forward to give to her. We loved the top with the green and turquoise on the sleeve, it is adorable. Unfortunately when she tried it on the top itself was great but the sleeves were sewn way too tight for the size 6 that was ordered.
